Founded by Bishlam Bullock, a Marin City native with deep roots in the community, Salon B has proudly been one of the only Black-owned businesses on Fourth Street in San Rafael for over 20 years. Built on creativity, culture, connection, and community, Salon B continues to be a welcoming space where everyone feels seen, inspired, and at home.

 About Us Salon B: 

Founded over 20 years ago by Bishalm Bullock, Salon B was built from a vision rooted in creativity, culture, and community. Born and raised in Marin City, Bishlam has deep roots in Marin and proudly created one of the few Black-owned businesses on Fourth Street in downtown San Rafael.

Years Later, Amy Bullock joined the journey, helping expand Salon B beyond the salon chair into the creative, community-driven space it is today. Together, they’ve built more than a salon- creating  a welcoming storefront and gathering space rooted in artistry, connection individuality, clean beauty and good energy.

To every new and longtime guest, our promise is simple: we will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely welcomed. At Salon B you’ve not just a guest - you’re family.
